For professionals who already have preparation products, a suitable base and a UV/LED lamp. These preparation materials, the base and the lamp are not included. Follow each product’s instructions. The brand specifies a Rubber Base underlayer for Sapphire and Platinum gels. These are decorative gels, not builder or extension gels.
