DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time depends on the item and the destination. The applicable estimate is presented directly on the product page and again in the cart. Only business days count.
Continental Portugal
Items may have different delivery times, namely 24 to 72 hours or 2 to 7 business days, according to the availability indicated for each product.
Spain
Usual time of 2 to 7 business days.
Azores and Madeira
The applicable time is presented according to the selected shipping method and confirmed at checkout.
Europe, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Usual time of 5 to 10 business days.
Angola, Cape Verde, Brazil, United States, and Canada
Usual time of 10 to 20 business days.
Other destinations
The applicable time is indicated at checkout.
Pre-order
Pre-order items have a usual time of 20 to 35 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
- The delivery time includes order preparation and transportation.
- During campaigns, festive seasons, or periods of high order volume, times may be adjusted.
- Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs procedures and potential delays.
- Orders with items of different times may be shipped together or separately, according to the option available at checkout.
- If a significant delay occurs in the order, the customer will be informed.

The indicated shipping costs include VAT when applicable. The final shipping cost and VAT treatment are confirmed at checkout according to the destination, weight, and tax situation of the customer.

ABOUT THE STORE
We are based in Odivelas, Portugal, and work exclusively online. At this moment, we do not offer in-person service.
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation via CTT or carrier. We do not make cash on delivery shipments.
PRE-ORDERS
Products in PRE-ORDER have a usual time of 20 to 35 business days, indicated on the product page.
If the order includes items with different times, you can choose at checkout how you want to receive them:
✔ 1 delivery: all items are shipped together when the item with the longest time is available.
✔ Multiple deliveries: available items are shipped first and the remaining ones follow later, with the corresponding shipping costs applied to each additional delivery.
The total order value, including pre-order items, is paid at the time of purchase.
PRODUCTS FOR PROFESSIONAL USE
Some of the products sold are intended exclusively for professional use.
Whenever applicable, the customer must have the training or qualification appropriate for the use of the product. For certain items, such as the Kit Rose de Mer, a proof of professional qualification may be requested.

ORDER PROCESSING
After payment confirmation, the order enters our preparation process, which includes:
- payment confirmation
- item separation
- preparation and packaging
- creation of the shipping label
- delivery to CTT or the carrier
The preparation time is already included in the delivery time indicated for each product.

VAT and prices
Product prices are presented with and without VAT.
In the case of business customers with a valid VAT number verified in the VIES system at the time of purchase, VAT may not be applied, under the terms of the applicable legislation. Prices may be updated without prior notice.
