OKO TURBO STEP 2 LOCK

Second step of the professional OKO TURBO system for eyelash lifting and eyebrow lamination. Fixes the direction of the hairs and stabilizes the curvature achieved after STEP 1 UNLOCK.

The dense texture helps to keep the eyelashes in the desired position on the mold during fixation. The formula contributes to a smoother and more structured appearance and maintains the working pH during application.

Usage
