Total control of saturation in eyebrow coloring!

The 3% Cream Developer from the OKO H2O series has been formulated to perfectly activate the hybrid liquid dye OKO, providing uniform and adjustable results according to the technique and desired shade.

• Allows precise adjustment of color saturation
• Compatible with mixing ratios from 1:1 to 1:3
• More intense result with 1:1 ratio
• Softer result with 1:2 or 1:3 ratio
• Creamy texture for easy application and adherence
• Compatible with all modern coloring techniques

How to Use:

1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Mix the OKO Liquid Hybrid Tint H2O dye with the 3% Cream Developer in a non-metallic container.
3. Choose the ratio according to the desired result: 1:1 (intense), 1:2 (natural), 1:3 (light).
4. Apply with the desired dyeing technique. For layering techniques, apply the first layer very thin and repeat up to 3 times.
5. Exposure time: 6 to 15 minutes. Remove with damp cotton.
