Dermaroller Microneedling

The Dr.Roller Microneedling is a medical instrument developed specifically for the treatment of skin problems.

It consists of 192 microneedles, with lengths varying from 0.25mm to 2.5mm, smaller than a hair strand. The microneedle is the main tool in the procedure, made of high-quality and high-resistance surgical steel, arranged in a cylinder connected to an ergonomic and anti-slip handle, which facilitates handling during the procedure.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

After the application of an anesthetic (cream or ointment), the area will be ready for the asepsis procedure and rolling of the microneedles. These penetrate the skin numerous times, forming microchannels that enable cell reaction and the release of growth factors. This is where tissue remodeling occurs and new components in the dermal matrix emerge, migrating to the microlesion and closing the channels, creating new tissue rich in elastin and collagen, resulting in firmer and thicker skin. The regeneration caused by microneedling improves skin texture, reducing scars, expression lines, spots, among other benefits.

RESULTS: The induction of collagen and elastin production provided by microneedling is observed after the first treatment session with Dr.roller. The patient notices significant improvement in wrinkles, scars, melanosis, and pigmentation problems, with their skin appearing noticeably rejuvenated. Additionally, the procedure contributes to blood circulation, increasing local nutritional and oxygen support, which accelerates the elimination of metabolites and toxins. Histological examinations conducted in Germany show an exact growth of 1000% in elastin and collagen fibers, six weeks after treatment.
