Noemi — Starter Tint Kit for Eyelashes and Eyebrows

The Noemi Starter Kit combines three hybrid tint shades with the compatible activator for professional eyebrow and eyelash colouring.

Kit contents

• 1 Noemi Hybrid Tint Light Brown, 15 ml
• 1 Noemi Hybrid Tint Black, 15 ml
• 1 Noemi Hybrid Tint Chestnut, 15 ml
• 1 Noemi Activator Solution 3%, 50 ml

Professional use

Prepare the tint with Noemi 3% Activator Solution according to the manufacturer’s instructions. These tint product sheets specify a 1:1 mixing ratio. Follow the instructions, processing times and precautions on each package, including sensitivity test guidance.

Application brushes, mixing bowls and other accessories are sold separately.
