The Noemi Hybrid Tint combines intense coloring with care actives that strengthen and protect the hair. Developed for professional use on eyebrows and eyelashes, the formula penetrates deeply into the hair, providing up to 8 days of color on the skin and 5 to 6 weeks of duration on the hair.

The pH between 9 and 10 allows for excellent fixation and long-lasting performance. It can be used alone or in combination with eyebrow lamination and eyelash lifting services.

Contains Henna Extract (not henna pigment), being fully compatible with chemical services. The line offers 9 shades + transparent corrector, allowing for customized mixtures and tailored tones.

Preparation and application method:

• Mix the dye with the Noemi 3% Developer Solution in a 1:1 ratio

• Up to 15 minutes: intense and striking effect
• Ombre technique: remove the front part after 60 seconds
• With lamination: reduce action time (apply after step 2)
