Perma Blend Hair Pigments are specially mixed for the scalp. The quality of these pigments is formulated to last longer and require minimal touch-ups. The set consists of five colors ranging from light gray to black and sometimes even brown and also contains an orange color modifier and additionally a Fine Shading Solution:
