RefectoCil Blonde Brow lightens eyebrows by up to 3 shades
• Clients with dyed blonde hair whose natural color is black or brown
• Clients who need to lighten their dark eyebrows to achieve the desired shade • Clients who have gray, white, or wiry eyebrows

Usage (for professional use only):

STEP 1: Preparation
- Effectively clean the eyebrows with our RefectoCil Micellar Makeup Remover. The eyebrows must be clean,
   oil-free, and dry.

STEP 2: Mix and apply
- Mix 2 cm of paste + 20-25 drops of 3% Oxidant cream. Mix for at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy.
  If it is not creamy enough, add a few more drops of Oxidant cream.
- Then apply to eyebrows

STEP 3: Application time
- Application time: depending on the desired lightening effect: 5-20 minutes
- 5 minutes: one shade lighter
- 12 minutes: two shades lighter
- 20 minutes: three shades lighter

STEP 4: Prepare!
Remove the bleaching paste

If RefectoCil Eyelash Curl has been used previously, the application time is reduced to 2 minutes.

 

Ingredients:
Paraffinum Liquidum, Ammonium Persulfate, Potassium Persulfate, Sodium Silicate.
